At Samora, we aim to ensure you love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Store Credit Policy

We do not offer refunds.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags must be attached
Items must be in their original condition
Any item returned without tags or not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted. It will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection from our warehouse.

Return Window

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Items must reach our warehouse before any store credit or exchange can be processed.

Shipping & Responsibility

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Samora is not liable for lost returns in transit

Condition of Items

Items showing signs of use, including makeup stains, perfume, or any other marks, will not be accepted. We recommend trying garments with care.
Authorisation

All returns must be authorised by our team before being sent back.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection.
