Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

1.Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
2.All original tags must be attached
3.Items must be in their original condition
4.Any item returned without tags or not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted. It will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection from our warehouse.

Return Window

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Items must reach our warehouse before any refund or exchange can be processed.

Shipping & Responsibility

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Samora is not liable for lost returns in transit

Condition of Items

Items showing signs of use, including makeup stains, perfume, or any other marks, will not be accepted. We recommend trying garments with care.
Authorisation

All returns must be authorised by our team before being sent back.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection.

All products purchased during a sale, promotion, or discounted offer are final sale. No returns, or refunds will be accepted for sale items under any circumstances.

Sale Size Exchange

Size exchanges may be accepted, subject to availability. In case of a size exchange, all applicable shipping and delivery charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
